A good start

Happy New Year.

This morning I piled five plates high with mexican food and wandered down Polk St until I had passed them all out. I am often amazed with my excess and good fortune and it felt good to share it. Each person said thank you and were very pleasant. I was just as impressed with my friendly greetings in the early morning as those who recieved the food were to recieve the grub. I am determined to make this a good year. Remembering how much we have in this time of losses is important.
